Free shipping on every order, worldwide, no minimum. Orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day and arrive in 7–10 business days in the US, 7–12 business days elsewhere. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Not happy with it? Send it back for a full refund of the product price. If the item is faulty, damaged or wrong — we will cover everything. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Every accessory here is made for the Retro Kid™ handheld and is checked against the console before it ships — cutouts, thickness and fit are matched to the exact shell, so nothing blocks the buttons, sticks, charging port or SD slot.

Not sure it's right for your setup? Email support@retrocity.net before you order and we'll confirm.
