Premium Handling + Shipping Protection

Two upgrades, one small fee.

1. Premium Handling — your order ships first. Standard orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Yours is picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same business day when ordered before 2pm HKT — typically 1 to 2 days sooner in your hands. You also get first claim on stock the moment a colour is restocked, and a hand-check of the console and SD card before it is sealed.

2. Shipping Protection — covered if it never reaches you. Free replacement if your parcel is stolen from your doorstep, lost in transit, or arrives damaged. Email support@retrocity.net within 30 days of the delivery date — no police report, no carrier claim, no waiting for an investigation to close.

Without Shipping Protection, orders the carrier has confirmed as delivered are not eligible for a free replacement. Premium Handling speeds up how fast your order leaves us; carrier transit time (7–10 business days to the US, 7–12 elsewhere) is unchanged.

If we miss the same-day dispatch, email us and we refund this fee in full. Cancelling before dispatch refunds this fee along with the rest of your order.
